1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Verdi Creators ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Verdi Creators provides a done-for-you service for creators: a free review of the last six months of brand deals, offer review, negotiation, invoice chasing and brand pitching. The service fee is 20% of every brand deal we work on, with no monthly fee. You pay nothing until you are paid; our fee is due seven days after you receive payment from the brand. Signed clients receive free, invite-only access to the Verdi Creators client portal to approve brand pitches and recommended offer terms, follow progress, and track payments owed. Brands pay creators directly; the portal never holds or moves money. Either side can end the arrangement after 90 days with no deals. The service is intended for creators already doing about $1,000 a month or more in brand deals. Specific service terms are agreed in writing. Public creator profiles remain available, but the portal is not sold separately.

3. Platform Access

Portal access is private, invite-only, and free for signed clients. There is no free-trial period, monthly software subscription, or payment method required for access. Accounts without signed-client access cannot enter the private portal. Public profiles and the free audit request form remain publicly accessible.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must not share your login credentials with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into Verdi Creators, including deal information, brand contacts, and invoices. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. If you cancel your account, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or fraudulent content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Verdi Creators is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
